See How you can cook the Fried Rice perfectly
Ingredients for fried Rice
1. Rice
2. Knor Chicken Maggi
3. Chicken/Beef
4. Sweet corn
5. Thyme
6. Curry powder
7. Vegetable Oil
8. Carrot, green beans, bell pepper, cabbage, green pepper, spring Onion
9. Onion
10. White pepper (Grinded pepper)
11. Salt to taste
Directions
1 Boil the chicken/Beef (or any meat you wish to use) for about thirty minutes to cook very well
2. Parboil the Rice for about 5 minutes ( I usually soak mine with very hot water for 5 minutes)
3. Pour the meat stock into a different pot and mix with the white or grounded pepper, add the curry, Maggi, salt, Onion, Thyme, little vegetable oil.
4. Put this mixture on the fire and allow to boil for about five minutes
5. Add the already parboiled or soaked Rice, cover it and allow to cook
6. Put a frying pan or different pot on the fire
7. Add vegetable oil, allow it to become hot then add the spring onion, allow to fry then add the chopped carrot, green beans, green pepper, sweet corn, cabbage, and a pinch of salt.
8. Fry for about 3 minutes and remove from fire
9. Mix with the already cooked rice and make it hot for about 3 minutes
10. Your delicious fried rice is ready, serve and enjoy
